As a first-time homeowner, it can be very overwhelming to make an offer and close on a house however, Amy significantly helped with this process. We dealt with a difficult seller that made the process even more challenging, however, after two weeks of negotiations, we came to terms on the house with a favorable outcome. This entire process took only about six weeks which resulted in us closing on the house on August 27 (4 days ahead of our desired timeline).
